Top tube trouble...

I've only had my *new* road bike for a few weeks.  But, I'm picking up a new bike tomorrow.  It's actually the exact same bike, but one frame size smaller.  I've been having some top tube trouble.  Let's just say, that top tube has been places it should not have been.  It's a good thing that we're not having any more kids.  There have been a few times I thought I was going to wind up on the ground in the fetal position.  And, my gynecologist would probably scream if she saw what was going on.  Get the idea?!!  Yes, well, we are going to fix this situation right now before some serious damage is done!  Yeeeouch!!!
