"Florida’s first LIVESTRONG event is finally here!"

"LIVELONG Benefiting LIVESTRONG – Life with Cancer. Join us at Gulfstream Park starting at 7:00am on October 1st and 2nd as we walk, run and ride in our fight against cancer. Invite your family, friends and coworkers to create a team and help us “paint the town yellow”!! Everyone can participate! A portion of the proceeds of this event will go locally toward the Dreams Unit (Pediatric Cancer Wing) of the new Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital with the remaining proceeds directly benefiting the global outreach of the Lance Armstrong Foundation."


They're not offering a Century ride, so that makes my decision easy.  I'll do the Metric Century and then look for a Century after this event.  ;-)
