Positive changes...
I am enjoying my rides immensely, and I can feel the positive changes in my body, too. I can feel my legs getting stronger, maybe even the strongest they've ever been. I'm definitely losing inches in some key "trouble spots", too. And, of course, there's the de-stressing factor. The healthy aspects of cycling are also helping motivate me to watch what I'm eating. It's all good, all the way around!
