The state of FL classifies bikes as vehicles. The law gives me a right to the road. I have a responsibility not to hog it and block traffic. Drivers have a responsibility to give me at least 3 feet of room when they pass. So, to the young driver who buzzed me, then yelled at me before turning into the neighborhood next to mine...
